Pi Day at Edinboro University

SCHEDULE:

8:30-9:00am Busses arrive at Cooper Circle between 8:30 and 9:15am.

Contact Dr. Quinn (quinna@edinboro.edu) to visit the Planetarium or get a campus tour from 8:30-9am

9:15am arrive at Ross Hall (by rooms 138 and 139) for activities, information on majors (in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Actuarial Science) and scholarships
10am-noon activities, games, and talks in Ross Hall
noon lunch -- Van Houten
12:45pm contest awards in Cole Auditorium (contests: digits of Pi, Pi trivia, towers of Hanoi, SET, Rubiks...)
1-2pm keynote speaker: Dr. Sarah Greenwald, the creator of simpsonsmath.com 
2pm campus tours available (with advance notice)
2-2:30 busses depart
7pm bring your family back to see Dr. Greenwald's talk again-- at the Student Center- MPR Auditorium Auditorium
