TROUBLE SHOOTING IS IN PROGRESS. No observing with the Torus CC05 will take place until further notice. It would appear that we have identified the bad board and we are scheduled to replace it during the evening of October 8th. Observing Directions for MAIZE SUNFIRE: Please turn off your bright head lights as you come into the driveway. The observatory's location in indicated on the WEB page within the link OBSERVING ACTIVITIES AT THE MAIZE SUNFIRE OBSERVATORY. PARK ALONG THE DRIVEWAY IF POSSIBLE. THIS WILL LEAVE ROOM FOR PORTABLE TELESCOPES BETWEEN THE TWO MAIN OBSERVATORY BUILDINGS. From the EUP campus PROCEED 4.5 MILEs SOUTH ON PA 99. After leaving the campus area: GO STRAIGHT AT THE INTERSECTION OF ROUTE 99 AND OLD PLANK ROAD (YOU DRIVE PAST CAMPBELL'S POTTERY BARN) AFTER ABOUT 1.5 MILES YOU APPROACH A MARKED SHARP RIGHT TURN.
