Our Mission

    The mission of the Edinboro Lake Watershed Association        

    (ELWA) is to work for the restoration, protection, enhancement,    

    and sustainable development of the Edinboro Lake watershed. 

    The ELWA will accomplish these aims by:

    ·        Involving citizens, landowners, businesses, non-profit

          organizations, and government in developing and carrying out

          a plan to ensure the continual improvement of water quality in   

          the Edinboro Lake watershed.

    ·        Raising public awareness of the recreational, cultural, and

          environmental resources of the watershed.

    ·        Soliciting the funds necessary to carry out its mission from        

          appropriate public and private sources.
